Life in the "gullies" of Banaras is significantly cooler than the heat that you feel in the rest of the city. The tall walls of the house keep out the harsh sun, but also keep in the cool. One of the challenges of living in the gullies is keeping out of the way of wayward cows, as the alleyways are so narrow.

Our printing is done to the highest museum-quality standards. We only use archival inks, papers, and canvas. These are rated to last for 100 years.

We are a brand-new gallery. While we will add framing services to our general print offerings in the near future, for the time being, we are selling rolled prints and canvases.
Limited and Open Editions
Broadly speaking, Limited Editions are when a limited number of prints are made. These prints might be more unique, might have been harder to create, or might be of a rare subject matter. Whatever it might be, the photographer has decided to limit their release into the market. Our limited editions are editions of 50.
Often the limited edition prints are more expensive because of their scarcity.
Open Editions are just the opposite. As many prints are made as people want to buy them.
